2. Purpose of the site
Overland Finds helps adults discover, list and enquire about adventure vehicles, equipment and independent services. It also provides a builder directory, AI listing suggestions, offers and editorial information. It is not a vehicle dealer or transaction guarantor.
3. Conditions of access and use
Use the site lawfully, provide accurate information and respect other people's rights. Account and submission services are for people aged 18 and over. The full Terms of Use apply.
4. Accuracy of listings and availability
Seller supplied information is not an independent inspection or verification. Confirm availability, ownership, price, condition and suitability before paying. Illustrative listings are examples, not actual vehicles for sale. Access and content may change or be interrupted.
5. Intellectual property
The operator and respective rights holders retain rights in branding, site design, original text, images and submitted content. Normal browsing does not grant a right to reproduce or commercially reuse material except where the law permits it.
6. Third party sites and affiliate links
External sites are independently operated. Their terms and privacy policies apply. Clearly disclosed affiliate links may earn Overland Finds a commission at no extra cost to you. Paid placements are not endorsements or guarantees.
7. Liability

9. How results are ordered
The visitor's chosen sort order applies. Vehicle results can be ordered by featured placement, price or year. The default prioritises featured listings. Any paid or featured placement is clearly labelled and does not indicate verification.
Finder AI interprets your brief and applies listing filters. Where a target budget is supplied, it may prioritise the matching currency and proximity to that budget. Closest alternatives are identified separately when there are no exact matches.
10. Changes
We may update the service and this notice. The date above shows the current version. Separately agreed contracts and mandatory legal rights remain protected.
11. Governing law
The laws of England and Wales apply, with consumers retaining the protections and access to courts in their country of residence where the law provides for this.
